Merchandise vending is open to retailers, artists, crafters, and service organizations that want to join us at the Grand National Weekend downtown. Vendors need prior approval of their merchandise from the Promoter and must agree to all vendor guidelines listed below.
In order to assure that all vendors are in compliance with State and County regulations, please review the following guidelines in addition to the information on the vendor application:

All vendors are required to pre-register with the Promoter of the Grand Nationals Weekend to reserve their vending area.
Pre-registration can be done by downloading and printing out a vendor application and mailing it in, along with payment in full to:

All vendors and products are to be pre-approved by the Festival promoters. Due to the modest vendor fees, only two (2) tickets to the event will be included. Each ticket will be good for both events Friday and Saturday at the same location. Any additional staff must purchase a ticket. All vendors must arrive at the event grounds by the time stated on vendor application. Failure to do so may mean that you may not be able to vend during the events. All vendors will be assigned a vending location based upon product and time of arrival at Grand Nationals Weekend site. All vendors who require electricity must bring at least 200 feet of outdoor electrical cord for the electric hook-up. The Grand Nationals Weekend will not supply electrical cords to any vendor.
